Harbor Isle Holdings, LLC, Harbor Isle Resort, LLC and Harbour Isle Properties, LLC, ("Harbor Isle Resort") is committed to protecting consumer privacy. This policy describes Harbor Isle Resort’s practices regarding the personal information collected through Harbor Isle Resort’s web site and its pages ("Site"):
1. When a user registers at the Site, Harbor Isle Resort collects certain personally identifiable information. 3. Harbor Isle Resort may passively collect information when User's visit the Site. Harbor Isle Resort collects information such as frequency of User's visits, pages viewed, and length of time pages are viewed. This information is collected to enhance and personalize the User's experience.
4. Harbor Isle Resort intends to use commercially reasonable means to protect the integrity of its Site and the confidentiality of the personal information provided by its Users. While Harbor Isle Resort considers online security a priority, it cannot provide absolute assurances against, and will not be liable for, any breaches of confidentiality due to system failures or unauthorized access by third parties.
5. Harbor Isle Resort intends the Site to be used only by adults who are 18 years of age or older. If you are not 18 years of age or older, please do not submit any information to the Site.

This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected by Harbor Isle Resort.
7. Harbor Isle Resort reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time. When modified, Harbor Isle Resort will post the revised version of the Privacy Policy on the Site.
