Daniel V. Crist - Partner
Dan’s experience in construction and development started over 15 years when he moved to Michigan. He started purchasing and renovating small developments, but was quickly recruited to spearhead multiple larger residential and commercial projects. By 2004, Dan was the Project Manager for a large, upscale townhouse and condominium development in New Buffalo, Michigan. Dan is very acquainted with the tranquility and beauty of the region, and looks forward to adding to it with the development of Harbor Isle Resort.

Robert Gomolski - Partner
Bob has more than 20 years of experience in construction industry. He built custom homes and commercial spaces with a steadfast focus on delivering the highest possible quality. During the past 10 years, he has managed a number of major luxury townhouse and condominium developments, mostly in downtown Chicago. Bob recently completed a major project in New Buffalo, Michigan. Harbor Isle Resort is a labor of love for Bob. He is committed to creating a“NICE BACKYARD” for the residents of this private island community to live in and enjoy.
